Privacy Policy

At Aurapexis SpA we process personal data in accordance with Chilean Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life and the 2024 reforms on responsible data processing. This policy describes what information we collect, why and how you can exercise your rights.

1. Data controller

Aurapexis SpA, Tax ID 77.412.908-3, with offices at Av. Apoquindo 4501, suite 1402, Las Condes, Santiago. For privacy queries: privacy@aurapexis.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect identification data (name, Tax ID, email, phone), navigation data (IP, device, pages visited) and information you voluntarily provide when filling forms or asking about projects.

3. Purposes

We process the information to answer questions, perform identity verification (KYC), comply with anti-money laundering duties under Chilean Law 19,913 and send communications related to your investments. We do not sell data to third parties.

4. Legal grounds

Our legal grounds are explicit consent, contract performance, compliance with legal obligations and the legitimate interest in improving our services.

5. Retention period

We keep data while the contractual relationship exists and afterwards during the applicable statutory periods, in particular the 5 years required by the Chilean Financial Analysis Unit (UAF).

6. Third parties accessing data

Hosting providers in the AWS São Paulo region, advanced electronic signature platforms accredited in Chile, local custodian banks and external auditors, all bound by confidentiality agreements.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, cancellation, opposition or portability of your data by writing to privacy@aurapexis.com. You also have the right to file claims before the upcoming Chilean Personal Data Protection Agency.

8. Security

We apply TLS 1.3 encryption, two-factor authentication, environment segregation and annual security audits performed by independent firms.

9. Updates to this policy

Any material change will be announced on this website at least 15 calendar days before it takes effect.
