These terms govern the use of the website aurapexis.com, operated by Aurapexis SpA. By browsing the site you accept the conditions described here, without prejudice to the specific terms of each investment project.

1. Nature of the service

Aurapexis facilitates the connection between Chilean real estate developers and investors through a digital crowdlending platform. It does not constitute personalized financial, tax or legal advice.

2. Eligibility

To invest you must be of legal age, a resident in Chile or a foreign national with local tax identification, and complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

3. Risks

Real estate investments are subject to risks such as construction delays, market fluctuations and potential capital loss. Estimated returns are not guaranteed.

4. User obligations

You commit to provide truthful information, keep your data up to date and refrain from using the platform for unlawful activities, especially those forbidden by Chilean Anti-Money Laundering Law 19,913.

5. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, text and images on aurapexis.com belong to Aurapexis SpA or its licensors. Reproduction without written authorization is forbidden.

6. Limitation of liability

Aurapexis is liable up to the limits of the obligations set out in the signed contracts. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits or decisions taken solely on the basis of public information on this site.

7. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect regulatory changes or service improvements. Updates will be published on this site at least 15 calendar days in advance.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Chilean law. Any controversy will be submitted to the ordinary courts of justice located in the city of Santiago.
